DANA deposit and withdrawal

Confirm the amount and you will be redirected to your DANA app or mobile browser. Authorize the payment through DANA's interface using your PIN or biometric confirmation. Once approved, funds return to sule and credit within subject to verification. Your account balance updates automatically. For withdrawals, go to the Withdrawal section, select DANA, and enter the amount. Funds are sent to the phone number registered with your DANA account. Withdrawal requests typically process within subject to verification depending on DANA's processing queue. If your deposit or withdrawal does not appear within the stated window, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and escalate if needed. DANA charges no fee to sule users for this service, though your DANA account provider may apply their own charges based on account tier.

OVO and GoPay usage

OVO and GoPay are widely used e-wallets in Indonesia and are fully supported on sule. The deposit process for both is identical to DANA: select your preferred method, enter your amount, authorize via your app, and funds credit within subject to verification. OVO deposits redirect to your OVO account; GoPay deposits redirect to your GoPay wallet. Both methods require that your e-wallet account is linked to a valid phone number and that you have passed basic identity verification with your provider. Before your first deposit, we recommend confirming that your e-wallet account is in good standing and that you have sufficient funds. Withdrawals to OVO and GoPay follow the same route: go to Withdrawal, select your method, enter the amount, and funds are sent to your registered wallet. If you have not used your OVO or GoPay account recently, you may see a brief delay while your provider verifies your account—this is normal and does not affect your sule withdrawal. BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI virtual account

Bank virtual accounts (VA) offer an alternative to e-wallets and are supported for both deposit and withdrawal. To use a bank VA, go to Deposit, select your preferred bank (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, or BNI), and you will receive a unique virtual account number. Transfer funds to this VA number using your own bank app or ATM. Most bank-to-bank transfers process within subject to verification. Once your bank confirms the deposit, sule credits your account automatically. For withdrawals, the process is simpler: submit your withdrawal request from your sule account, specify the bank where you wish to receive funds, and provide your account number. Funds are transferred back to your personal bank account within subject to verification. Virtual accounts are linked directly to your identity, so KYC verification must be complete before your first bank-VA deposit. Bank VAs are ideal if you prefer not to use e-wallets or if you have a very large deposit or withdrawal amount. Note that some banks may apply their own fees for receiving transfers to virtual accounts—check with your bank if you have questions.

Fees, limits and verification

sule does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may. E-wallet providers and banks each set their own fee schedules, which vary by account tier and transaction size. Before depositing, review your provider's terms. account preferences depend on your payment method: e-wallets typically support small to medium amounts per transaction, while bank VAs and credit cards may allow larger transactions. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to account verification. You must pass KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal. KYC requires uploading a valid ID and proof of residence; this usually takes subject to verification and happens automatically when you submit your verification documents. Once approved, your account is unlocked for full deposit and withdrawal access. Daily and monthly limits may apply depending on your verification level—view your specific limits in your account settings. If you exceed a limit, contact support to request a review or upgrade your verification level.

Resolving a stalled transaction

Occasionally, a deposit or withdrawal may take longer than expected or fail to credit. If your deposit does not appear within subject to verification, first check your e-wallet or bank statement to confirm the payment left your account. If it did leave and sule has not received it, the funds are likely in transit or held by your provider. Go to the Help Center on sule, select Payment Issues, and open a ticket with your transaction reference number (this appears in your e-wallet or bank history). Provide a screenshot of the transaction from your provider's app. Our support team will contact your payment provider to trace the funds. Most stuck deposits are resolved within 2–4 hours. If funds were deducted from your account but not deposited to sule, they will be refunded to your payment method within 1–3 business days—your provider may take an additional 1–2 days to post the refund. For withdrawn funds that do not arrive, check your receiving bank or e-wallet account; some transfers take up to 48 hours. If still missing after 48 hours, submit a support ticket with full details. We will file a trace request with your bank or e-wallet provider and keep you updated. In all cases, retain your transaction reference and any screenshots; these speed up investigations significantly.
